How do I sign up for a sport?

Illing uses FinalForms for online athletic registration. Create or update your account once per year, it saves time by pre-populating and carrying over data season-to-season and year-to-year.
Required for participation:
- Log in or create an account at https://manchester-ct.finalforms.com and complete all forms with your digital signature.
- Submit a valid physical (valid for 13 months) to the school nurse.
- For returning athletes: Update your sport selection each season.
